R&D Senior Food Technologist

Grounded in food science and technical expertise, Christabel transforms culinary ideas into safe, stable, and scalable products. She drives flavour development by analysing ingredient behaviour, sensory profiles, and emerging taste trends to shape distinctive, market‑aligned formulations. Her work upholds rigorous standards for shelf life, functionality, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing feasibility — bridging creative innovation with disciplined technical execution.

Chong Pei Zhin

Artévo Head Pastry Chef

Award-winning pastry chef with over 15 years of experience across luxury hotels, specialty patisseries, and entrepreneurial ventures in Singapore and Malaysia. Pei Zhin combines refined pastry craftsmanship with creative leadership, having led culinary teams, developed bespoke dessert concepts, and earned multiple international pastry competition accolades throughout her career.

With over 30 years of professional experience across a wide spectrum of pastries and baked goods, Justin is a respected pioneer in the baking industry.

A Gold Medalist at the Gourmet Team Challenge 2012, he bridges inspired concepts with precise execution — refining each creation to perform efficiently within demanding kitchen operations. His depth of experience brings stability, structure, and enduring excellence to Artévo’s craft.

Nick Chua Sze Chun

Artévo Head Baker

Master baker and artisan bread specialist with over 20 years of experience in sourdough, wholegrain baking, and bakery operations across Asia Pacific. Trained in Germany under renowned artisan bakers, Nick is an internationally recognised baking professional known for his expertise in artisan breadmaking, bakery innovation, workforce development, and sustainable baking practices.
